The Terex Materials Processing Group has announced several key management promotions at Cedarapids Inc., the Cedar Rapids, IA-based manufacturer of crushing and screening equipment.
Greg Meng has been promoted to the position of general manager — Cedarapids Crushing and Screening, from his previous vice president of finance position.
In his new capacity, Meng will be directly responsible for the Cedarapids business located in Cedar Rapids. He has been with Cedarapids for three years.
Dave McLaughlin has been promoted to director of sales and marketing from his previous position as national sales manager. McLaughlin will be responsible for the worldwide sales efforts for the crushing and screening organization. He has held many positions within the Cedarapids sales organization over the past 16 years.
Dave Schuchmann has been promoted to crushing and screening sales manager. Schuchmann was previously a regional sales manager for the mid-central United States territory. Schuchmann will be responsible for all sales efforts and distributor development worldwide.
John Rodriguez has been promoted to the position of director of aftermarket. To better focus on one of Terex Corporation’s initiatives of becoming “easier to do business with,” Cedarapids Crushing and Screening is consolidating all of its customer functions under one organizational structure. These areas include service, warranty, parts sales, technical publications and shipping.
Rodriguez has experience in sales, marketing, application and new product development.
Mark Krause, with his broad and diverse materials processing market and product perspective, has been assigned to a group role supporting marketing and account management of Terex Materials Processing and Mining.
In this strategic role, Krause will be responsible for developing and managing multi-national account relationships, product extension, group value proposition development, marketing strategies and distribution channel expansion.
