Construction Equipment Guide

During Sandvik’s long and proud history, many market leading products have been designed and produced, developing a loyal customer base throughout the world. For various reasons many of these products names changed. The equipment is still out there, doing productive work for their owners, but it was thought that the defining names would be lost forever. Sandvik Construction will reintroduce at CONEXPO-CONAGG some of our customers’ favorite product names as well as launch new ones.

Sandvik Construction is pleased to announce that CONEXPO-CONNAGG will see the reintroduction of some of our customers’ favorite product names, alongside the launch of some new products which also draw more on the experience of the products.

Kauko Juuri, President Global Markets, explains, “Sandvik Construction has developed world-leading product ranges to make sure that customers’ operations are as profitable, efficient and productive as possible. Over many years the names of some of the products reflected the customer experience of the equipment and became the industry standard. With the reintroduction of some of the leading names, and some new products launched which will also draw upon this thinking, the names will fully reflect the thoughts and feelings of our customers.”

Among the names being introduced is the world famous drill rig RANGER, with a totally new product, OPTIAGG, from Tools and Consumables, receiving its global launch at CONEXPO-CONAGG.

More product name changes are to be announced during 2014, with equipment from all the Sandvik Construction Product Areas being represented.

Sandvik Construction at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2014 will be located at:

Central Hall 3 50309 and Platinum Lot 9310.
