Metso will unveil game-changing crushing technology for the aggregates industry at ConExpo-Con/AGG in Las Vegas March 7-11, 2017. The launches include a crusher that increases uptime while cutting operational costs. Metso Metrics Services, an out-of-the-box fleet monitoring and management solution, will also be launched.

In addition to the two major product launches at the show, Metso's exhibit will highlight a broad range of equipment and wear and spare parts all designed to help make aggregates production operations more efficient and assets work harder. Products on display will include:

  • Metso Lokotrack LT1213S impactor plant for maximizing capacity with the toughest and stickiest feed materials. The unit is equipped with a special two-stage feeder and heavy-duty pre-screen, precise dual-slope fine screen, 90⁰ radial return conveyor and belt scale with satellite connection, and stand-by function providing up to 20% lower fuel consumption.
  • Metso Lokotrack ST2.8 Bi-Power scalping screen for improved energy efficiency in heavy-duty pre-screening and other demanding applications.
  • Metso ICr wireless information and control system for Lokotrack.
  • The new generation Metso IC crusher automation system.

In addition, an innovative mobile primary plant, Lokotrack Urban LT106, designed for community-friendly crushing in urban environments, will be introduced. Other exciting solutions highlighted include Metso HRC8 high pressure grinding rolls specially adapted for the production of manufactured sand, and Nordberg GP7, Metso's latest and most versatile crusher for demanding secondary crushing applications, as well as the new generation Nordberg NP Series horizontal impact crushers with remarkably improved safety, performance, and uptime.
