Sue Harter, vice president and general manager of Harter Equipment, has announced that Pete Placek has joined the company as its new service manager.

Placek has 23 years of construction equipment service experience, half of which has been in service management. As service manager of Harter Equipment, Placek will focus on meeting customer needs and building customer relationships.

“I want our customers to be assured that when their equipment is in our hands, they will get the excellent service they deserve,” said Placek.

“We’re very excited to have Pete [Placek] join our product support team,” said Harter. “He joins Bradley Boyd, vice president of product support, and George Filiatreault, parts manager, each of whom has more than 15 years experience at Harter Equipment. Together, they solidify Harter Equipment’s commitment to the industry’s service needs.”
