The NorAm grader weighs in at 16,800 lbs. (7,620 kg); its small turning radius makes it maneuverable and able to work in confined spaces.
The drive train with Tier IVi emissions compliant Cummins or Cat engine and ZF full power shift transmission with heavy duty torque converter delivers power and torque to the tandems. The full size grader design A-frame with a gear driven 53 in. (134.6 cm) circle provides the strength and stability for the standard 10 ft. (3 m) or optional 12 ft. (3.6 m) “rollaway” moldboard to perform with precision and ease of operation. Standard air ride seat and “lo-effort” hydraulic controls contribute to operator comfort and productivity. It is available with canopy or cab and air conditioning.
NorAm is exhibiting its 65E grader at Booth 10009 - North Hall.
