Nortrax’s West Palm Beach branch hosted a customer appreciation day on Feb. 19.

Ben Fair, West Palm Beach general manager, commented on the customer appreciation day.

“This is something I wanted to do since I came on board four months ago. I am new to John Deere and new to Nortrax and I wanted to reenergize this branch in the market. We wanted to get a lot of our customers in here and show them the new John Deere equipment. This was an opportunity to give back to them. I wanted to get around and meet a lot of our customers because they are new to me. It has been good for me to put a face to their name.”

In addition to the staff of the West Palm Beach branch, Tim Murphy, president and CEO of Nortrax, and Scott McGuigan, southeast region vice president, were on hand to meet customers.

The event included an equipment display, a chance to operate an excavator simulator, the opportunity to meet with the various departments and vendors and have lunch.

Nortrax has nine offices in central and south Florida as well as branches in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, New York and Canada. In addition to the John Deere construction line, the company also handles Hitachi excavators, Bomag, Esco, Morbark, NPK and Tiger Mowers.
