N.Y.’s Clark Rigging and Rental Acquires Webster Crane Service

Lockport, N.Y.-based Clark Rigging and Rental Corp. recently acquired the assets of Webster Crane Service from its parent company, Boulter Industrial Contractors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Clark Rigging and Rental has been in the Western New York crane rental market since the company was founded in 1954. Since then, the organization has grown and blanketed the region by providing crane rental services and lifting solutions to Western and Central New York, and Northern Pennsylvania. With its latest acquisition, Clark increases its branch operations in the region to three full service depots with more than fifty pieces of modern lifting equipment.

According to David F. Clark, vice president of Clark Rigging and Rental, this latest acquisition further demonstrates the Clark Company’s commitment to its customers to be a one-stop, full service crane rental organization.

“It is the primary goal of Clark Rigging and Rental to consistently provide our customers with modern, high-quality equipment coupled with exceptional service. We feel that the Webster Crane acquisition will maintain and expand our clientele base by providing the same high quality local service we are known for, with a more complete line of rental equipment.”

Clark Rigging and Rental of Rochester, N.Y., is a new branch of Clark Rigging and Rental Corporation. The company provides rental, sales, service and job site analysis, specializing in cranes, boom trucks, industrial lifting equipment and more.
