Ohio Forestry Association Hosts 60th Paul Bunyan Show

This year marked the 60th anniversary of the Ohio Forestry Association's annual Paul Bunyan show. Billed as “The Original American Forestry Show,” the annual event was held at the Guernsey County Fairground in Cambridge, Ohio, on Oct. 6 to 8.

Educational sessions focused on the logging industry and live equipment demonstrations, including a portable sawmill competition and chipper and grinder demonstrations were conducted throughout the course of the event. The key attractions throughout the event were the latest equipment, products and services related to all aspects of the forestry industry, presented by more than 120 exhibitors. Major show sponsors for 2017 included Columbus Equipment Company, Husqvarna, John Deere, Murphy Tractor & Equipment and Rudd Equipment Company.

The Ohio Forestry Association is an independent, not for profit trade organization serving the management of Ohio's forest resources, as well as forest related industries and enterprises within the state.
