Five days, 16 impressive product demonstrations and numerous customer contact points: Palfinger, a global market leader for innovative crane and lifting solutions, successfully presented its latest solutions for the North American construction market at ConExpo-Con/AGG.
Palfinger's strong performance resulted out of connecting with customers and understanding their needs, emphasized by worthwhile conversations and the demonstration of innovative solutions developed specifically for the North American region, the manufacturer said.
Palfinger introduced innovations such as emission-free solutions, smart technologies and assistance systems to successfully meet the challenges of tomorrow. One specific highlight was the new FHS Series of truck-mounted forklifts, which garnered significant attention from attendees. As did the range of products and solutions including knuckle boom cranes as well as bucket and mechanics trucks equipped with service cranes.
The company also hosted multiple "meet and greet" sessions with Juan Ibarra of the Discovery Channel hit series Gold Rush: Freddy Dodge's Mine Rescue, who showcased his new Mack truck with the PAL Pro 86 body and service crane.
"At Palfinger we see challenges not as an obstacle but as an opportunity. We create solutions and provide answers. This is what we proved at ConExpo-Con/AGG. It was important for us to engage with the North American construction market and to demonstrate the many capabilities of our innovative lifting solutions. This is just the beginning of what is to come," said Palfinger CEO Andreas Klauser.
Palfinger's participation at ConExpo-Con/AGG comes as the company expands its North American footprint, emphasized by opening its regional headquarters in Schaumburg, Ill., in the second quarter of 2023. The company's focus on customer satisfaction becomes even more evident through its commitment to providing the best support close at hand in the region.
The management team around Ismael Daneluz, vice president of sales and service Region North and Latin America, will drive the organization forward.
"In North America we have more than 1,000 partners, a mobile fleet of over 100 service vehicles, four manufacturing and assembly sites and 13 service centers — all strategically located to provide the best support to our customers.
"At ConExpo-Con/AGG, we were impressed with the great conversations we had on site, which allowed us to better understand the needs of our customers in the North American region. Our innovative solutions were well-received, and we look forward to further strengthening our bond with our customers," said Daneluz.
In addition to presenting its new solutions, Palfinger identified three relevant trends in the American construction market: the increasing use of digitalization and automation, the growing emphasis on safety and sustainability, as well as the greater demand for customized solutions.
With the innovations introduced at ConExpo-Con/AGG and its Vision & Strategy 2030, which will transform Palfinger into a provider of complete integrated solutions, the company is perfectly positioned for meeting these trends, it said.
Based on its strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, as well as on its longstanding knowledge of the North American market, Palfinger is poised for growth and success. The aim is evident: to become the leading provider of innovative, integrated lifting solutions for its customers in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
