Construction Equipment Guide

RAYCO’s new RG 1645 self-propelled stump cutter combines a 44-hp (32 kW) Kubota turbo-diesel engine with 4 wheel-drive.

The RG 1645 includes a 59-in. (150 cm) cutting width in a compact machine, which already has a low center of gravity.

RAYCO incorporates a pivot design to keep the engine’s weight low to the frame. This enables the RG 1645 to get diesel horsepower to the stump.

Fold down chip retainers provide chip capacity and minimize cleanup time. The RG 1645 can fit through a 36-in. (93 cm) gate.

Additionally, the RG 1645 includes joystick controls, hydraulic backfill blade, command cut and two-speed ground travel.
