RDO Equipment Co. announces the company has become a Wirtgen dealer in the state of Arizona. Effective immediately, Arizona joins RDO Equipment Co.'s existing Wirtgen territory that includes North Dakota and South Dakota.

A total solutions provider of John Deere and other construction equipment, parts and service in Arizona, the addition of Wirtgen's compaction, milling, mixing, paving, processing and rehabilitation equipment enhances RDO Equipment Co.'s offerings for the roadbuilding industry. With the industry a growing area of focus for RDO Equipment Co., the move is especially exciting as it delivers new opportunities for customers and further broadens the breadth of construction equipment offered by RDO Equipment Co.'s Arizona stores.

“We have a strong presence in the southwest roadbuilding industry with our existing product offerings,” Dennis Howard, vice president of RDO Equipment Co., said. “Wirtgen is an ideal addition, and will greatly enhance the solutions and support we're able to provide our Arizona customers.”

The news follows 2017's announcement of John Deere's acquisition of Wirtgen Group. With a global presence in more than 100 countries and a product portfolio that spans the entire road construction sector, Wirtgen is the worldwide market leader in roadbuilding products.

Chris Cooper, COO of RDO Equipment Co., said the team is excited to grow the Wirtgen footprint and further align with this key manufacturing partner. He added, “We're proud of the opportunity to take on the additional territory and look forward to strengthening our relationship with Wirtgen.”
