Roadtec will now offer its powerful, rubber-track highway class RP-195e paver with a Tier IV Final compliant engine. This machine contains Roadtec’s anti-segregation design, which encompasses the feed tunnel, feed tunnel discharge and rear augers. The fully oscillating bogies and smooth tread aide this paver in laying a smoother mat. Not only does this machine excel in paving performance, but it also contains features that greatly improve operator comfort.

Operator stations hydraulically swing out, allowing the operator to see down the side of the machine. Consoles, one of which contains the single joystick control, are located at the operator’s fingertips and the operator’s seat is adjustable for optimal comfort. The Clearview FXS fume extraction system pushes fumes out away from the operator and keeps the line of sight clear to the front of the tractor and back to the augers.

The Guardian remote telematics and diagnostics system allows the user to wirelessly address any issues that may happen while the machine is at work. This feature helps protect investments and provides a way for Roadtec’s customer service personnel to remotely view and alter the machine in real time to assist with any necessary diagnostics.

The RP-195e paver is powered by Cummins QSB 6.7 230 hp (172 kW) @ 1,900 rpm Tier IV Final compliant diesel engine.
