Rubble Master and Ambrose Equipment Co. partnered to host a two-day, live demo on Sept. 16 and 17 in Belmont, Mass. The event allowed local New England contractors a first-hand look at the RM70GO! and RM90 compact crushers with representatives from both companies available to answer any questions and provide them with a thorough breakdown of the machine.
The RM 70GO! 2.0 is a compact mobile crusher that provides an extremely high output. It meets the most demanding expectations in terms of flexibility and handling, and processes a wide range of materials: rubble, asphalt, concrete and medium-hardness natural rock, according to the manufacturer.
It produces up to 120 tons (109 t) of cubic high-quality grain per hour. Weighing just 19 tons (17 t), the RM 70GO! 2.0 is amongst the most lightweight crushers. Additionally, the RM 70GO! 2.0 is powered by a Deutz diesel 4 cylinder engine, which allows the machine to operate on minimal fuel in a whisper quiet environment. The RM70GO! was crushing buckets loads of old asphalt into a 3/4 in. material with a single pass at the demo.
The RM90, boasting a John Deere 6 cylinder Diesel Engine, was demonstrating its ability to crush concrete into drainage stone and also a 3/4 in. recycled material. With its versatile and profitable features, the RM90 transforms all mineral materials into high-quality cubic aggregate. With an efficient diesel consumption, it processes up to 160 ton (145 t) of material per hour.
Using the wireless remote control, RM mobile impact crushers can be operated from the safety of an excavator loading the crusher. The feed speed is conveniently adjusted from the remote control.
All RM impact crushers can be tracked while crushing is taking place, meaning no interruption to the crushing process and because it can be operated by one person.
According to Jeff Lothrop, president of Ambrose Equipment, “The Rubble Master line is the perfect complement to the other major lines that we carry, because it completes our offering to our customers who face high disposal costs of waste material such as asphalt, concrete and general C&D waste.”
Ambrose Equipment has locations in Hooksett, N.H. and Plainville, Mass. The machines will be available to everyone in states of Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Maine, with Ambrose Equipment providing customers with 24 hour customer support.
