A dealer agreement has been signed between Imperial Crane Sales and Sany America, Inc. This agreement will greatly increase the size of Imperial’s territory for Sany crane products in the midwest and further expands the relationship between the two companies.

The signing ceremony took place on March 22, 2011, in front of the SCC8300, a 330 ton (299 t) crawler crane in Sany’s booth at ConExpo. Representing Imperial Crane Sales were President and CEO B.J. Bohne; President, Equipment Division Jeff Bohne; and Senior Project Manager Rick Bohne; representing Sany America were President Jack Tang; Vice President Greg Trainer, and Vice President Xiangyang Jiang.

The occasion also was marked by Imperial’s purchase of the ConExpo Sany SCC8300 crawler crane, making it the fourth Sany crawler in Imperial’s crane fleet. The new Sany SCC8300 crawler crane was delivered to Imperial Crane Sales directly after ConExpo 2011, going right to work on a wind farm project in the western United States.

Imperial Crane Sales was established in 1969 and is located in Bridgeview, Ill. Imperial specializes in sale and rental of cranes and lifting products.

Sany America Inc, a subsidiary of Sany Group, located in Peachtree City, Ga., is a full line manufacturer of heavy equipment including crawler cranes, rough terrain cranes, concrete pump trucks, excavators & motor graders.
