Schlouch Incorporated continues to deliver high quality projects in a timely manner. Projects this year include major residential, public, and commercial sites in the southeastern Pa., area. Here are some of the projects that Schlouch will be working on this spring and throughout the year.

Berks County

Muhlenberg School District named Schlouch Incorporated to provide improvements for Fields 9 and 11. Project is located on Bellevue Avenue in Muhlenberg Township and Laureldale Borough, Berks County, Pa. Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, sediment/erosion control, earthwork, storm sewer installation, concrete, paving and seeding. Work will be completed in the summer 2018.

Allied Building Corporation selected Schlouch Incorporated to design and build the 201 acre site consisting of 4 buildings totaling 2.1 million sq. ft. Project is located on Zions Church Road, Perry and Windsor Townships, Berks County, Pa. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, demolition, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment and erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, building pads, concrete, curbs, paving, landscaping and seeding. The first phase will be completed in the winter 2018.

Chester County

Rouse Chamberlin, LTD has chosen Schlouch Incorporated to handle sitework for Ridgecrest Phase 1 on South Caln Road, East Fallowfield Township, Chester County, Pa. The project will consist of 27 single-family homes. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, building pads, curbs, paving and seeding. Work will be completed in the fall 2018.

Lancaster County

The Forino Company named Schlouch Incorporated to prepare the site, Featherton Crossing Phase IV, for 45 single-family homes, in Mount Joy Township, Lancaster County, Pa. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, building pads, concrete, curbs, paving and seeding. Work will be completed in the summer 2018.

Lehigh County

Kay Builders selected Schlouch Incorporated to prepare site for Fields at Indian Creek Phase 3 located on Indian Creek Road, Upper Milford Township and Emmaus Borough, Lehigh County, Pa. The project will include 58 single-family homes. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, demolition, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, storm sewer installation, building pads and seeding. Work will be completed in the summer 2018.

Posocco Properties has chosen Schlouch Incorporated to handle site preparation for Blue Barn Meadows Phase 2. The residential development, located on Blue Barn Road, South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, Pa. will feature 47 townhouses. Kay Builders is co-developer of the property. Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, building pads, curbs, paving and seeding. Work will be completed in the fall 2018.

Kay Mill LLC has selected Schlouch Incorporated to handle sitework for The Kohler Tract on Mill Road, Upper Milford Township, Lehigh County, Pa. The Kohler Tract will feature 79 townhouses and 44 twin unit dwellings. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, demolition, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, building pads, curbs, paving and seeding. Work will be completed in the spring 2019.

Luzerne County

Northwest Area School District named Schlouch Incorporated to provide renovations and improvements for the Lewis & Miller Stadium located on Thorne Hill Road, Shickshinny, Luzerne County, Pa. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, demolition, sediment/erosion control, earthwork, storm sewer installation, concrete and paving. Work will be completed in the summer 2018.

Sand Springs Development Corporation has chosen Schlouch Incorporated to prepare the site for 26 single-family homes at Sand Springs Phase 6B Phases A&B. The residential project being developed by Tuskes Homes is located in Butler Township, Luzerne County, Pa. Schlouch is providing blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, paving and seeding. Work will be completed in fall 2018.

Montgomery County

KTMT 1 LP has selected Schlouch Incorporated to prepare the site, Ragusa Tract, for 39 single-family lots in Lower Frederick Township, Montgomery County, Pa. Metropolitan Development Group is the developer. Schlouch is providing earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, building pads, concrete, curbs, paving and seeding. Work will be completed in the fall 2018.

Northampton County

Kay Trio LLC has chosen Schlouch Incorporated to prepare site for Fields at Trio Farms Phase 6A at Gremar Road, Lower Nazareth Township, Northampton County, Pa. Kay Builders is the developer of the project which will include 8 single-family homes and 12 townhouses. Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, earthwork, rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, building pads, curbs, paving and seeding. Work will be completed in the fall 2018.

Penntex Construction Company Inc. selected Schlouch Incorporated to prepare 3,400 ft. of road improvements along Route 329 and Weaversville and Howertown Roads in Allen Township, Northampton County, Pa. Century Commerce Center LLC is the owner/developer. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, storm sewer installation, building pads, roads, curbs, handicap ramps, paving and seeding. Project also includes culvert replacement and signalization. Work will be completed in fall 2018.

Sterling Estates LLC named Schlouch Incorporated to perform sitework for Sterling Crossing Phase 3, a residential project consisting of 9 single-family lots on Hanoverville Road, Lower Nazareth Township, Northampton County, Pa. Project also includes the extension of roadways. Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, sediment/erosion control, earthwork, storm sewer and water line installation, curbs, paving and seeding. Work will be completed in the summer 2018.
