Schlouch Inc. begins work at Hershey’s Chocolatetown, Dauphin County, Pa.
Schlouch Incorporated's dedication to helping its clients succeed through meeting deadlines, budgets, and business objectives in a safe, professional manner continues to be a focal point in 2019. Here is a brief review of some of Schlouch's projects, active or completed, during the spring and summer seasons.
Berks County
Newman Development Group of Muhlenberg LLC has selected Schlouch Incorporated to prepare a 3.1-acre commercial site located off North Fifth Street Highway (Route 222) in Muhlenberg Township, Berks County, PA. The site will consist of a bank and three restaurants.
Park Road Operating LLC has named Schlouch Incorporated to prepare a commercial site for a Wawa store at Penn Avenue and Park Road, Wyomissing, Berks County, Pa. Developer for the project is BPG Development Company, an affiliate of Equus Capital Partners LTD.
Paramount Newco Realty LLC selected Schlouch Incorporated to prepare a four-acre commercial site for Town Square Plaza, Muhlenberg Township, Berks County, Pa. The site will consist of three retail stores.
Dermody Properties, a national logistics real estate development, investment and management firm, has chosen Schlouch Incorporated to provide sitework for LogistiCenter at Midway South, a 29.6-acre commercial site located off Old U.S. Route 22, Bethel Township, Berks County, Pa. The site will include a 304,200 sq. ft. warehouse/distribution facility.
Bucks County
Kay Creekview LLC has chosen Schlouch Incorporated to prepare the site for Creekview Crossing, a residential community of 37 single-family homes on 16.5 acres. The project is being developed by Kay Builders Inc. and is located on Trumbauersville Road, Quakertown, Richland Township, Bucks County, Pa.
Chester County
Schlouch Incorporated will provide site preparation for Mapleview Phase I. The 41-acre site is located in East Brandywine Township, Chester County, Pa. The residential development will consist of 56 townhouses.
Dauphin County
Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company has selected Schlouch Incorporated to prepare a 23-acre commercial site for Hershey's Chocolatetown, located in Derry Township, Dauphin County, Pa. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, building pads, concrete, curbs, paving and seeding. Work also includes bridge replacement, stream control, retaining walls and site lighting. Work will be completed in spring 2020.
Delaware County
Brookhaven Acquisition LP has selected Schlouch Incorporated to prepare building pads on 2.5-acres at The Shoppes at Brookhaven. The site is located on Edgmont Avenue, Brookhaven Borough, Delaware County, Pa.
Lehigh County
Sunshine Two LTD has named Schlouch Incorporated to provide site preparation for Hidden Meadows Phase 1C featuring 66 townhouses. Sal Lapio Homes is developer of the residential project on Werley Road, Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County, Pa.
Lehigh Valley Health Network — Cedar Crest has chosen Schlouch Incorporated to handle site improvements for the Emergency Department Expansion project. The 57-acre site is located in Salisbury Township, Lehigh County, Pa.
Montgomery County
Mikelen LLC chose Schlouch Incorporated to provide sitework for Markley Farm Phase 2, a 25.96-acre residential site located off Chestnut Avenue in West Norriton Township, Montgomery County, Pa. Site will include 40 single-family homes. The builder for this project is DelGrippo Enterprises Inc.
Ames Construction Inc. has selected Schlouch Incorporated to prepare a 2.3-acre site for Lidl Store #1138 located off East Ridge Pike, Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County, Pa.
Northampton County
Penntex Construction Company Inc. named Schlouch Incorporated to prepare the 160-acre site for Century Commerce Center. Three warehouses totaling 1,324,386 sq. ft. are located in Allen Township, Northampton County, Pa. The owner is Century Commerce Center LLC.
