This coming Friday, November 2nd presidential candidate Governor Mitt Romney will hold a victory rally at Screen Machine Industries in preparation for the upcoming election that following week.

Previously, Screen Machine Industries was proud to host an event for presidential candidate Governor Mitt Romney on July 27, 2011, which was attended by employees, community members and news correspondents. The focus of the speech given by Governor Romney that day was on increasing US manufacturing through exports by negotiating fair and competitive international trade policies. After climbing onto the stage on the Pataskala, Ohio factory floor Mr. Romney hailed Screen Machine as an "extraordinary manufacturing facility". Screen Machine Industries, Inc. has been discovering sales gains through international markets after focusing its first 38 years primarily domestically. "Our growth is going to be in exports,” said President Steve Cohen. "There are many countries out there in heavy mining-oriented businesses and there is a strong desire for American-made machinery.”.
Since then Steven Cohen, President of Screen Machine Industries, Inc. was honored to be representing small business leaders everywhere while speaking at the Republican National Convention in Tampa, FL. As an invited prime time GOP speaker, Mr. Cohen represented Ohio’s manufacturing community, and by extension, small business leaders everywhere. On the occasion of accepting the honor, Mr. Cohen commented that “…speaking on behalf of the 30 million small businesses that drive job creation is both humbling and thrilling at the same time.”
