Stafford has extended its product offering in Virginia, The Carolinas and Georgia with the addition of Kawasaki rubber-tire, articulated, wheel loaders. Stafford’s newly signed dealer agreement with Kawasaki Construction Machinery Corp. of America provides an AOR for Stafford that includes the entire states of Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina, as well as coverage in middle and southern Georgia. Stafford’s Ashland, Va., Roanoke, Va., Charlotte, N.C., Raleigh, N.C., West Columbia, S.C., Tifton, Ga., Valdosta, Ga., and Douglas, Ga., locations will now rent, sell and fully support Kawasaki wheel loaders.

John Wall, president and CEO of Stafford said, “We believe that the Kawasaki rubber-tire, articulated, wheel loader line complements the lines that we currently carry and allows us to provide additional quality to our customers in the crushing and screening, aggregate, construction, utility, scrap, agricultural and waste handling markets. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship.”

Gary Bell, vice president and general manager of Kawasaki Construction Machinery Corp. of America believes that Stafford’s representation of the Kawasaki wheel loader line will bring a consistent quality of product support to customers across states that Stafford covers.

“Adding Stafford as a distributor for our company ensures that Kawasaki brand recognition and market share will grow across the southeast. We’re also very comfortable in knowing that existing customers will be treated very well by Stafford’s service departments across the region,” Bell said.

Stafford began its roots in Tifton, Ga., back in 1951, as Reliable Tractor and represents many equipment lines and attachments, in select areas, across the Southeast.
