John D. Wall has been named president and CEO of Stafford.

Wall has a proven track record in the equipment industry with 27 years experience. Before joining Stafford in 2005, he served as regional manager of Moody Machinery Corporation and as president of Owsley & Sons Inc.

He was instrumental in the development of these organizations and led them to achieve record sales and market share for various lines of equipment.

Wall also has extensive knowledge and experience in business development, operations and financial and strategic planning for these companies.

In his new position, Wall will focus on leading and developing the core of the Stafford organization to become a solid leader in the equipment industry. He also will be responsible for ensuring the company’s growth throughout the Southeast.

“I am honored to be working with such a wonderful group of professionals,” Wall said. “The employees of Stafford bring a high degree of integrity and knowledge to the market place and keep their focus strictly placed on delivering quality customer service.”

Recently, the organization announced that the companies formerly operating as Reliable Tractor Inc. based in Tifton, GA; Stafford Tractor Co., in Lawrenceville, GA; Stafford Tractor of the Carolinas based in Charlotte, NC; and Stafford Atlantic Machinery, in Ashland, VA, have all changed their names to Stafford.

Wall has had the lead role in successfully achieving this name change and aligning the organization’s operations.

“We all look forward to many years of growth and offering the best equipment in the market today,” he said.

Stafford represents John Deere Agricultural, Industrial and Utility; LBX Link-Belt excavators; JCB; Terex cranes; Tadano cranes; Liebherr; Moxy trucks; Shuttlelift; Hyundai Construction Equipment; Vibromax; and many other equipment lines and attachments in various locations throughout the Southeast.
