Stellar Industries, a 100-percent employee-owned and -operated manufacturer of high-quality mechanic trucks, cranes, tire service trucks, hooklifts, trailers and service truck and van accessories, announced the addition of two accomplished sales professionals to its team.

Rick Schoenfelder and Robert Pena have joined the Stellar team as regional sales managers, each bringing extensive industry experience and a passion for driving growth in the demountable line sector.

Schoenfelder, appointed as the regional sales manager of the North Central Region, brings more than 35 years of sales expertise to Stellar. With a robust background in parts and service management, as well as sales and dealer development within the trailer industry, Schoenfelder is poised to spearhead Stellar's expansion efforts across North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana and Michigan.

"I am most looking forward to the opportunity to foster meaningful connections with our distributors and partners, and to work collaboratively toward achieving shared goals," said Schoenfelder. "Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional experiences are the cornerstone of success in any industry, and I am excited to contribute to Stellar's commitment to providing the best customer experience possible.

"With this new role comes a wealth of opportunities to innovate, expand our market presence and deepen our relationships with customers," added Schoenfelder. "It also presents its fair share of challenges, such as navigating competitive landscapes, adapting to evolving customer needs and ensuring seamless coordination across diverse teams. Embracing these challenges head on will allow us to unlock new avenues for growth and reinforce our position as industry leaders."

In his new capacity, Schoenfelder will focus on business development, customer relationship management, sales strategy, training and support, market analysis and product development feedback.

Robert Pena

Pena, assuming the role of regional sales manager of the South Central Territory, brings 11 years of experience as an aftermarket sales representative at Rush Enterprises. Pena's expertise lies in developing new accounts, recovering lost accounts and managing established accounts.

"I am genuinely excited about the potential for professional growth and development that this role offers. My challenges will be chassis and raw materials, but overcoming these obstacles will not only enhance my skills, but also contribute to the success and expansion of Stellar in the demountable line market in the South Central Territory," Pena said.
