Takeuchi-US has named Power Equipment Company an authorized dealer for its full line of compact earthmoving equipment in its Knoxville, Tenn., Chattanooga, Tenn., and Tupelo, Miss., branches covering the respective markets.

“Power Equipment has been around for decades, and for good reason, with a continued hard work ethic, loyalty to their customers, as well as always putting the customers’ needs first,” said Kim Robinson, Takeuchi director of sales. “We are excited to start our partnership with such a reputable dealer and are happy that they have chosen to add the Takeuchi line of earthmoving equipment to their product line.”

“We are truly proud to have added the Takeuchi product line to our portfolio,” said Chris Gaylor, president of Power. “The reputation of the Takeuchi product for quality, dependability, and productivity makes it an excellent fit in product lineup. We look forward to the opportunities the line will create for us and our customers for years to come.”

Takeuchi supports its dealers out of its 250,000 sq. ft. (23,225 sq m) Pendergrass, Ga., facility, facilitating support for Power’s customers.

In addition, Takeuchi has named Brandeis Machinery and Supply as its dealer for select markets in Kentucky and Indiana.

Gaylor said “…the fact that our sister company is also a dealer should facilitate both companies being better able to meet customers’ rental demands by having a greater supply of fleet to draw upon for increased overall availability for both companies’ customers.”
