Takeuchi US hosted approximately 150 dealer representatives from 72 distributorships in the United States and Canada to its new 250,000 sq. ft. distribution facility in Pendergrass, GA, for a two-day dealer meeting and product introduction.

Takeuchi US President Clay Eubanks said approximately 75 percent of its distributors were represented at this event.

Day one kicked off with tours of the new distribution facility, a presentation and a demonstration of five new products being offered by Takeuchi. The new TW50, TW60, TW65 and TW80 compact wheel loaders, as well as the new TB180FR zero tail swing excavator were unveiled to the distributors and the press. In his presentation of the specs of these machines, National Product and Training Manager Mike Ross stated, “with the new additions to the product line and the investment made in the new U.S. distribution facility, it’s a great time to be a Takeuchi dealer.” The day concluded with a reception and dinner at the Emerald Pointe Resort at Lake Lanier Islands in Georgia.

Day two also was held at Emerald Point Resort and was dedicated to dealer business meetings and more in depth Q & A sessions regarding the engineering and design of the new products. Takeuchi concluded the day with a distributor reception and dinner.
