In the spirit of the 2014 ConExpo-Con/Agg show theme of "If It’s New, It’s Here", Telsmith, Inc. will be showcasing three new solutions within the Astec Industries display at booth #50327.

Telsmith will debut a new size to the popular line-up of hydra-jaw crushers with the worldwide product launch of the H3450. The 33.9 x 50 in. (863 mm X 1270 mm) opening of the H3450 hydra-jaw is capable of processing up to 598 mtph. The hydraulic toggle reduces maintenance and lowers operating costs with fast, safe hydraulic chamber clearing and tramp iron overload relief with auto resets.

The newest model in the line of T-Series crushers that were originally introduced in 2012 is the T400, which is designed to deliver maximum uptime availability while minimizing maintenance costs. This 400 hp (298.5 kw) crusher contains a (305 mm) maximum feed opening and is capable of processing between 136 and 544 mtph. Features, such as anti-spin and fewer cylinders provide the reliability that customers depend upon to maximize their processing operations.

Telsmith will feature a track processing solution with the 820 track screening plant. This unique plant includes an 8203 Telsmith TL screen, 54 in. (1372 mm) feed conveyor, and 72 in. (1829 mm) under screen conveyor, all combined to process up to 907 mtph. The 820 track screening plant will produce up to four products simultaneously and can be easily operated through a wireless remote control.
