Thunder Creek Equipment has named Michael Bacon of Yuma, Ariz., its national accounts manager.
Bacon will focus on serving strategic and national accounts, as well as support the organization's sales team in serving dealers and clients nationwide.
Thunder Creek manufactures and sells a full range of mobile fueling and service solutions. Bacon was instrumental in launching "BigIron Marketplace" and was ultimately promoted to senior director of national accounts where he was tasked with rebuilding the national accounts civision.
"I am very excited to support the tremendous growth at Thunder Creek while working to grow the national accounts division," said Bacon.
"As an employee-owned manufacturer built on the principles of quality, character and family, we will bring those principles forward in developing lasting relationships with all of our national accounts customers. That starts with personalized customer service between Thunder Creek and each partner, and in-depth examination of each organization's needs, and delivering the optimal field service and fuel solutions for each business — that's the commitment we're making to ensure success in their field operations."
"Michael is an experienced leader who understands how to support sales and marketing strategy in deep and meaningful ways at the national level," said Larry Lea, vice president of sales, Thunder Creek Equipment.
