Toro is bringing together its four key divisions — residential and landscape contractor; sitework systems; golf and grounds; and irrigation — at the 2024 Equip Expo in Louisville, Ky., to highlight how its comprehensive lineup of innovations complement one another and shape the future of the industry.

The company will demonstrate how it can holistically solve the challenges of landscape professionals, contractors and grounds crews with its robust range of equipment and services.

"We're excited to showcase Toro's commitment to innovation at the show this year," said Tom Werner, senior director of marketing of the Residential and Landscape Contractor Business at Toro.

"From upgrading our tried and tested products to debuting limited-edition models, battery-powered, and smart, connected solutions, Toro is constantly evolving to address the pain points faced by our customers. At Equip Expo 2024, we're not just showcasing products; we're demonstrating how our integrated solutions can help professionals be more productive."

Nearly every division of Toro will present a complete overview of the company's diverse offerings, from the new Toro Dingo TX 1000 TURBO to autonomous and battery-powered equipment and smart irrigation systems. This approach is designed to help landscape contractors better understand how Toro's innovations are interconnected and aimed at solving industry challenges — particularly labor shortages and productivity gaps.

Innovations on Display: Addressing Industry Trends

Equip Expo attendees can expect to see cutting-edge solutions from Toro designed to meet the industry's biggest challenges. As workforce gaps continue to pose problems for landscape professionals, Toro has been at the forefront of developing machinery to fill this gap by increasing productivity and efficiency, the company said.

A major highlight will be the new Dingo TX 1000 TURBO, renowned for its performance and reliability. For a limited time only, this popular, award-winning machine will be available in an exclusive, textured matte black finish — offering a bold new look that complements its capabilities.

Attendees can demo the new Dingo TX 1000 TURBO Limited Edition in the outdoor booth and enter for a chance to win one of their own.

Another tentpole of the Toro booth is the Haven robotic mower, the industry's first autonomous residential mower that eliminates in-ground boundary wires in favor of a vision-based navigation system. This technology allows the mower to create 3D maps of the landscape, ensuring precise mowing without the need for GPS or Wi-Fi.

In the golf industry, Toro's autonomous fairway mowers are revolutionizing turf maintenance by utilizing advanced satellite navigation systems that deliver enhanced accuracy. The company keeps crews moving on and off the course with the popular and increasingly versatile Workman line of utility vehicles, which attendees can check out in the indoor booth.

Toro also will showcase its popular battery-powered Revolution Series of mowers, along with its electric Ultra Buggy, eDingo compact utility loader and a wide range of commercial-grade handheld battery tools for landscape contractors. These solutions are designed to meet the growing demand for sustainable, electric-powered equipment that rivals traditional gas-powered machines in performance and runtime.

The growing role of software in landscape management is also a key focus for Toro at Equip Expo 2024. Its irrigation offerings continue to lead the industry by integrating with Toro's smart, connected software solutions, while Toro's Horizon360 business management software will unveil new capabilities to help contractors streamline their operations. From accurate material estimates to real-time tracking of job site resources, these new features empower contractors to manage their businesses more efficiently and effectively.

"Toro has always been dedicated to connecting with customers and learning more about their challenges, this year, we're emphasizing how our divisions work together to provide holistic solutions," added Werner. "Whether you're a homeowner, landscape contractor, general contractor, or part of a grounds crew, you'll find that Toro has a solution tailored to your specific needs."
