Touch a Truck Event Coming to Norristown, Pa.

Calling all aspiring truck drivers and equipment operators! Eisenhower Middle School in Norristown, Pa., will host a Touch a Truck and Law Enforcement Meet and Greet event on Monday, Aug. 6.

The free event, which will be held in conjunction with the Montgomery County District Attorney's office and the Norristown Police Department, will run from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Patch reported.

More than 30 trucks will be available for curious onlookers to check out, including skid loaders, construction vehicles, emergency response vehicles, a medical transport helicopter, police cars and fire trucks. Companies including EVB Towing, Norris Sales, J.P. Mascaro & Sons, Mission BBQ and Kehoe Construction will bring vehicles to display at the event, the Times Herald Reported.
