In the beginning of its 10 year long history in the United States, Rubble Master compact recyclers were mainly introduced into the market by contractors who understood the economics of onsite recycling and used their Rubble Master to process C&D waste (like concrete, asphalt, brick or block) and natural rock onsite and reap enormous cost advantages from doing so.
As the demand and the need for Rubble Master compact recyclers is growing in these times of economic, environmental and regulatory pressures, Rubble Master continued to build a nationwide support structure to serve the U.S. market.
In April 2009, Rubble Master and Heavy Machines Inc. (H.M.I), teamed up to establish a spare parts warehouse to service all Rubble Master’s U.S. and Canada dealerships. Heavy Machines Inc., is centrally located in Memphis, Tenn. A spare/ware parts refurbishing service also is available at H.M.I.
In June 2009, a partnership between long-time Rubble Master user DAG Mobile Aggregate Recycling, Trico Equipment Services and Rubble Master Systems Inc. has been created. The three partners bring their expertise and capacities together and will thus have everything in place to provide a localized structure to fully serve the New Jersey market, according to the companies.
DAG provides the expertise and know-how of operating, maintaining and running a fleet of crushers profitably and can answer questions related to the proper applications and benefits of a Rubble Master that a potential contracting company is looking to rent or buy.
Trico Equipment Services brings its heavy equipment dealership infrastructure into the alliance: four locations, trained mechanics and service personnel with a large fleet of service trucks on the road, a sales force covering the state fully, the capacity to run a rental fleet, to have machines and major parts on inventory — and a loyal customer base.
Rubble Master supports the partnership by offering training, expertise from around the world, full after-sales support and a direct line into the manufacturer’s head office.
Trico organized an open house to promote the partnership in its Freehold, N.J., branch on June 25th. Trico customers could see for themselves and watch a series of demonstrations, while they were treated to cold drinks and barbecue.
