BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. (AP) - Two construction workers were injured, one seriously, after being stuck by a bolt of lightning in Bonita Springs.

The News-Press of Fort Myers ( http://newspr.es/1EFtGTW ) reports four brothers were working on the roof of a home Wednesday afternoon. D. Peck Roofing owner Dave Peck says the men were working on the job site when the lightning struck. The bolt hit them just before they started to climb down a ladder after hearing thunder.

Peck says relatives told him one brother is in stable and improving condition and the other is fine.
