Screenpod, a design and manufacture specialist of recycling solutions for the global market, is expanding to the American market with several new dealers appointed throughout the country.

In the southwest region, Screenpod has appointed AU Equipment LLC as its new dealer for Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah.

Headquartered in Phoenix, Ariz., with a strong portfolio of crushing and screening solutions, AU Equipment has expanded to the recycling industry, opting for Screenpod's growing range of recycling solutions.

"The Screenpod environmental range allows our company to expand its offering to complement the current lines of crushing and screening equipment. We know the Dust Cannons will aid our customers in the region to keep compliant with ever increasing federal and state regulations regarding the new Silica Laws for their employee's well-being," said Dominic McNamara, managing member of AU Equipment. "In addition, the Air Vac System will provide a means to make a better-quality product for the customer, thus leading to a potentially higher value for the product and in some cases resolve a labor issue that has existed in the recycling and material processing facilities with the ever-present problems of finding qualified candidates to fill these roles."

With a "Build to Last" ethos and a policy of using only the highest quality materials, Screenpod products offer unparalleled long-term value for money and reliability, according to the company.

Screenpod offers a wide range of windshifters for separation of materials. The Airvac range features TrackVacs 1.0 and 2.0; the AirTrac 1500; and the 5048 Typhoon.

The diesel Airvac AV5-2 and AV8-2 have been redesigned with a Tier IV Final Yanmar engine — making it compliant for the United States — and has proven successful in the European market. The Airvac range also includes two high-energy electric suction units — 15kW and 30kW.

Screenpod also offers a range of dust suppression cannons, flotation separators (Waterbath), star screens and trommel screens.

The new range of Screenpod dust cannons has been named the bestselling dust suppression units in the U.K., and are extremely popular across Screenpod's wide network of European dealers, according to the company.

Screenpod is continually developing its range of options available, from static, skid-mounted, 660 gal. road legal trailer; 1,320 gal. heavy-duty, off-road; and 660 gal. tracked mobile versions.

"We are excited to be expanding our dealer network across the U.S. and I have every confidence that Dominic will have great success with our recycling and environmental solutions," said Paul McGoldrick, managing director of Screenpod. "Due to the versatility of our products, they can be used in conjunction with any of AU Equipment's current range. Being no stranger to the American market, our machinery will undoubtedly have an impact across AU equipment's said states."
