Vermeer Texas-Louisiana and Bobcat of Waco celebrated the grand re-opening of its new facility in Waco, Texas, on April 12.

Located on just over 5.5 acres on Interstate 35 Highway north of Waco, the new 12,000 sq. ft. facility recently underwent an extensive remodel. The remodel included the addition of a larger parts warehouse and 6,000 sq. ft. service shop, with eight drive-through bays. The new facility will allow Vermeer Texas-Louisiana and Bobcat of Waco to carry a larger selection of parts, stock more new and rental equipment and provide additional shop space to service more machinery.

More than 150 customers and employees attended the grand opening celebration. Vendors Digital Control, Manitou, Hi-Vac and Bobcat also attended and provided product information. Vermeer Texas-Louisiana and Bobcat of Waco employees displayed featured equipment and answered product questions. Attendees received a complimentary barbecue lunch and goodie bags. Additionally, Dan Sandoval, the branch manager, facilitated raffles for branded merchandise.

"As our customers' needs continue to grow and evolve, our infrastructure must support that," said Jason Rush, chief operating officer. "We are excited to re-open this larger state-of-the-art facility to continue offering our customers the best products, parts and service that they've come to expect from Vermeer and Bobcat."
