Building Tomorrow

Volvo CE's 1,804-sq.-m. space will highlight 11 products, including the EC950EL excavator, which is the heaviest of all Volvo CE's excavator products. Also on show will be the EC18D compact excavator, the next-generation wheel loader L220H, the EC220EL excavator and the P7820D paver, the latter two meeting China's national IV emission standard for non-road mobile machinery, and Volvo's first rigid Hauler, the R100E. These selected products showcase the best of Volvo, namely its commitment to serving its customers in China, the company's comprehensive product portfolio and its industry leadership.

Volvo CE will also officially launch Volvo Services in the China market at bauma China. Unlike traditionally fragmented aftermarket services, the integrated and upgraded Volvo Services offers services across nine categories to ensure continuous customer support through the lifecycle of the equipment. Furthermore, Volvo CE will also launch its new Volvo Customer Experience Center to help customers better understand Volvo CE's equipment and its personalized services.

Volvo Penta, sister company to Volvo CE and supplier of industrial power solutions, will join Volvo CE's exhibition at bauma China 2018 to present its engine solutions that meet the new China IV emissions regulations. The company will also highlight its ambition for developing advanced electromobility driveline solutions for the future and underline the competitive technology advantages it gains from being a member of the Volvo Group.

To Build the World We Want to Live In

Leveraging bauma China, President of Volvo Construction Equipment, Melker Jernberg and President of Volvo Penta, Björn Ingemanson will hold a press conference on Nov. 28 to discuss current market trends, industry developments, and their companies' vision for the future. Following the press conference, Mr. Jernberg will also attend the Volvo CE bauma China 2018 New Product Launch Ceremony, where he will unveil Volvo CE's next-generation products.

Integrating digital innovations, Volvo CE will create a centralized digital platform for bauma China, which will launch on Volvo CE's official WeChat and website in late-October, featuring exhibition information, news update, online exhibitions, on-site interactions, and many more. On-site visitors will be able to visit by scanning a QR code at the Volvo booth for an enhanced brand experience and a chance to win a prize.
