The Menomonee Falls, WI-based Wacker Corporation finalized the purchase of Ground Heaters Inc. of Spring Lake, MI, April 2.

Ground Heaters is a leading manufacturer of portable hydronic heating equipment and indirect-fired air heaters for construction industry customers in North America and Europe.

Christopher Barnard, president & CEO of Wacker Corporation, noted that, "We have been looking for an acquisition to expand our product offering and in Ground Heaters we have found the perfect fit of quality product and innovative technology.
