Wacker Neuson's backpack vibrator, the BV 50A-H provides a convenient way for contractors to use the company's flex-shafts and heads from its popular HMS flex shaft internal vibrator system. The BV 50A-H has a comfortable backpack with a 50cc Honda engine and quick connections to easily use flex-shafts and hybrid head series.

The BV backpack vibrator offers contractors unlimited maneuverability on the job with no power cords to catch on obstructions and to reach remote areas. They are ideal for elevated decks and structural slabs where portable generators are difficult to stage. The backpack features a shoulder mounted on/off switch and throttle control for simple operation. A quick disconnect system on the backpack provides for quick change of the various shafts and heads available. Operators will find this ergonomic backpack design with custom built harness pad and integrated back support belt making it comfortable to operate the unit for extended periods of time. The belt easily fastens in the front so the operator can quickly and safely secure or remove the unit in seconds.

The BV 50A-H, with backpack and engine, weighs 29 lbs. (13 kg) and can be used with Wacker Neuson's 10, 13 and 16.5 ft. (3, 4 and 5 m) SM flex shafts and the 1-3/8, 1-3/4 and 2 in. (3.5, 4.4 and 5 cm) high amplitude, hybrid heads. The heads and shafts can be easily connected in any combination with the 50cc Honda engine, providing convenience and flexibility depending on the concrete job.

Wacker Neuson continues to offer the BV 35A-P backpack that offers pendulum technology and comes equipped with a 9.8 ft. (3 m) flex-shaft and 1-3/4-in. head. Also for the M motors of the HMS flex shaft series Wacker Neuson now has an optional backpack that allows contractors to attach the company's 1, 2 or 3 hp electric motors and then use any of the available heads and shafts, along with a reliable Wacker Neuson portable generator.
