Two new faces have joined the management ranks at Stafford Tractor Co. in Lawrenceville, GA.
Denver Weinstiger has taken the helm as the company’s general manager. Denver started his career in the equipment industry in 1975, when he joined Columbus Equipment in Columbus, OH, as a clerk in the service department. Since the early years of his career, Denver has worked his way up through the ranks and has worked in virtually every department with various equipment distributors, with his main expertise being in the product support and operations side of the business. Denver spent nine years of his career at Burch-Lowe and held positions in product support and in operations, where he oversaw sales, product support, rentals and parts. Upon leaving Burch-Lowe, he worked with a major manufacturer developing unique programs for leasing and maintenance of asphalt equipment.
“The reason I’m at Stafford Tractor is because of the commitment and the drive of Owner Denean Stafford to make this an organization that becomes a much larger player in the equipment business in Georgia,” Weinstiger said. “It also gives me an opportunity to be back in the market area that I know so well.
“We certainly have a lot of work ahead of us, but I know company ownership is completely committed to the growth of this business. I’m looking forward to a long career here.”
Army veteran
Tom Reichling joined the staff earlier this month as the company’s service manager. The first 20 years of Tom’s career began in the Army as motor sergeant and first sergeant of the Maintenance Unit. Now retired from the military, Tom assumed the role of service manager for various major equipment distributors in metro Atlanta, including Burch-Lowe.
“I’ve watched Stafford Tractor grow over the years,” Reichling said. “They’re very customer oriented and I’ve thought that this was an organization that I would like to be a part of.”
The duo worked together at Burch-Lowe.
“We have similar philosophies of putting the customer in the forefront of our decisions. Denver is a big part of my choice to join the company. He has a knack for finding the right people for the right job and letting them do what they do best,” Reichling said. CEG STAFF
