Western Products announced product updates to its Tornado poly hopper spreader. Included in the new features are: enhanced dual variable-speed control, a convenient accessory hub and the Fleet Flex electrical system.

The enhanced dual variable-speed control feature allows operators to precisely match material delivery and spread patterns to conditions. Four standard accessory buttons and a dedicated blast button provide optimum in-cab efficiency, and a user-friendly LED display alerts the operator when the hopper is empty or needs adjustments. Its compact size easily fits into the cab of most trucks.

Also offering added convenience to operators are an enclosed accessory hub for easy plug-n-play accessory integration, and convenient dump and work light buttons located at the rear of the hopper. The work light button is essential for operating in dark conditions, and the addition of the dump button facilitates speed and ease with emptying the hopper.

“These new product features improve the efficiency and control of the Tornado hopper spreaders to help operators get more jobs done faster,” said Doug Clark, product manager of Western Products.
