The S3013 Mini electric drive scissor lift features a maximum working height of 19 ft. In the category of electric-drive mast lifts, the TM20E joins Snorkel’s best-selling line of versatile and zero-emission mast lifts that feature a zero-degree inside turning radius and are compact enough for a wide range of applications. The S6926RTE, S6933RTE, S6940RTE and S6947RTE rough-terrain scissors offer working heights ranging from 32 to 53 ft. and feature Snorkel’s lithium-ion technology for quiet, zero-emission operation.

Xtreme Manufacturing and Snorkel debuted seven new Snorkel machines at this year's ConExpo.

In the electric-drive scissor lift category, the company rolled out the S3013 Mini, the S3219 Plus and the S3220 Mini.

The S3013 Mini features a maximum working height of 19 ft., the S3219 Plus has a working height of 25 ft. and the S3220 Mini offers a working height of 26 ft. All three models also come with an extendable platform as standard equipment and can fit through a standard doorway, making them ideal for indoor and outdoor applications.

In the category of electric-drive mast lifts, the TM20E joins Snorkel's best-selling line of versatile and zero-emission mast lifts that feature a zero-degree inside turning radius and are compact enough for a wide range of applications.

Two new rough-terrain articulating boom lifts made their first appearance at the event — the 600AJ and the 600AJN.

Both models feature maximum working heights of 66 ft. and maximum platform capacities of 1,000 lbs., but the 600AJN has a width of 7 ft. (compared to the 600AJ width of 8 ft. 1 in.) making it suitable for use in applications that require a narrower machine, such as tradeshow setup.

Four new models join Snorkel's popular and environmentally friendly line of lithium-ion scissor lifts, which won the EquipmentWatch Highest Retained Value Award for 2022.

The S6926RTE, S6933RTE, S6940RTE and S6947RTE rough-terrain scissors offer working heights ranging from 32 to 53 ft. and feature Snorkel's lithium-ion technology for quiet, zero-emission operation.

Xtreme Manufacturing also exhibited its new tracked telehandler the company has affectionately nicknamed "Trackzilla." The mega-xtreme-capacity XR50100-G telehandler features a record-breaking maximum working height of 100 ft. and a maximum lifting capacity of 50,000 lbs., giving this monster of a machine the ability to handle the heaviest loads at the highest heights, according to the manufacturer.

Another first for Xtreme is the Xtreme Glazier. The XR2215GL glass lifter features a two-section boom with a maximum extension of 65 in. and a lift capacity of 2,200 lbs. retracted and 500 lbs. extended.

Snorkel also exhibited machines from its existing lines of scissor lifts, mast lifts and boom lifts, as well as its ML18C material lift and XR619-A compact roller-boom telehandler. Xtreme Manufacturing displayed a wide range of its telehandlers, including compact, high-capacity, ultra-high- capacity and ultra-xtreme-capacity models.

Joining Xtreme Manufacturing and Snorkel at their booth was BZI Steel, a national leader in construction and technology for safer, simpler and more efficient building processes.

"Revolutionary innovations are developed by having great partners," said James Harker, chief innovation officer at BZI (www.bzisteel.com).

"BZI and its company InnovaTechTM are honored to be invited by Xtreme Manufacturing to participate in their booth at ConExpo. BZI would like to express our deep appreciation to CEO and founder Don Ahern and the Xtreme Manufacturing team for collaborating and innovating with us to bring effective solutions to industry challenges. Working together we will continue to advance construction technology solutions within the steel industry."

BZI's InnovaTech featured some of its unique attachments that connect seamlessly to Xtreme telehandlers and Snorkel boom lifts. These innovative tools allow for safer and more efficient steel erection. Just a few of the advanced approaches and equipment developed by BZI's InnovaTech to be featured in the booth include:

  • MezzMaster — Vastly improves the traditional means of lifting roofs and mezzanines using a proprietary telehandler attachment that consists of a system of clamps, leverages and controls that securely hold an assembly while navigating through the building footprint to final placement.
  • WallMaster — Provides more efficient, simpler and safer wall system installations. WallMaster is a telehandler attachment designed to handle panelized, insulated metal panels and to work side-by-side with ground-level assembly on the panelization system.
  • WeldAir100 — Designed specifically for Snorkel boom lifts, this innovative product consists of a framework with an inverter welder and an air compressor to provide welding and arc-blasting capabilities on the go. The WeldAir100 mounts to the back of a boom lift allowing equipment to travel with the machine, while welding cables and air hoses are channeled to the operator in the lift platform for ease of use. This solution eliminates the risk of entanglement and dramatically increases safety and productivity.
