Yoder & Frey announced Nick Rager has been appointed as the new territory manager of northwest Ohio, northeast Indiana and southern Michigan.

With extensive experience in the auction industry, Rager previously served as operations manager of another auction company, where he specialized in equipment and fleet vehicles for the utility sector. His expertise in logistical and operational auction management makes him a valuable addition to the Yoder & Frey team.

Rager was drawn to Yoder & Frey's strong reputation and family-run approach.

"Of course, Yoder and Frey is well known in the industry," Rager said. "Now in its 51st year, the company is recognized as the architect of the world-famous Kissimmee Winter Sale in Florida. It was built on strong family values and that's something I was looking for."

His decision to join the company was further cemented by Yoder & Frey's connection to Euro Auctions, a globally recognized leader in heavy machinery auctions.

"Following my initial conversation with Mike Thurston, senior vice president, everything fell into place," said Rager. "Yoder and Frey still conducts live sales, just as Euro Auctions does globally and their core values align with my own."

In his new role, Rager, based in Fort Wayne, Ind., will introduce new customers to Yoder & Frey's auction solutions.
