Zemba Materials, headquartered in Zanesville, Ohio, is a leading aggregate and material supplier. Zemba has concrete plants throughout Ohio, including, Gahanna, Norwich, Derwent, Thornville and Lancaster.

Sold and delivered by Company Wrench, these pieces of equipment are set to enhance productivity and efficiency at Zemba's operations.

The Spyder 516T is a versatile, track-mounted screening plant designed for precision and high-output performance. It is designed to separate rocks, soils, sand and gravel.

With its heavy-duty design and advanced screening capabilities, it will allow Zemba Materials to separate and process materials more effectively, reducing downtime and maximizing throughput, according to the manufacturer.

The Spyder's features include a 5-ft. x 16-ft. double deck two bearing screen; a 5-ft. x 14-ft. bottom deck screen; adjustable screen angle; a Cat Tier IV diesel engine; LED touch-screen control panel; wireless remote control operation; a 48-in. oversize conveyor with impact bed; a 24-in. midsize conveyor; a 36-in. fines conveyor; a 48-in. impact bed belt feeder; an optional apron feeder; and more.

The 5256T impact crusher — a track-mounted crusher designed to crush quarry rock, concrete and asphalt — is built for high-capacity crushing, making it ideal for handling large volumes of material with ease. Its robust design and advanced technology ensure durability and performance, even in the toughest conditions, according to the company.

The impact crusher features standard heavy-duty tracks; a Cat Tier IV Final diesel engine; a 52-in. x 56-in. horizontal shaft impactor with a 56-in. x 38-in. feed inlet opening; and fully remote-controlled operation.

The arrival of these machines marks an exciting milestone for Zemba Materials, reinforcing the company's commitment to investing in high-quality equipment to meet growing demands. Company Wrench, a Screen Machine Industries Equipment dealer, played a key role in facilitating this upgrade, ensuring seamless delivery and setup process.

With the Screen Machine Industries Spyder 516T and 5256T impact crusher now in place, Zemba Materials is poised to improve efficiency, streamline operations and continue delivering materials to its customers.
