Grove Worldwide, a provider of mobile hydraulic cranes, truck-mounted cranes and aerial work platforms for the global market, recently announced that the Bankruptcy Court has approved the adequacy of its Disclosure Statement for its Joint Plan of Reorganization.

Grove Gets Approval of First-Day Orders in Connection With Debt Restructuring
Grove Worldwide, a worldwide provider of mobile hydraulic cranes, truck mounted cranes and aerial work platforms, announced on May 7 that it had received Bankruptcy Court approval to, among other things, pay pre-petition and post-petition employee wages, salaries and benefits during its voluntary restructuring under Chapter 11.
The Court also approved $10 million of interim debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing for immediate use by the company to continue operations, pay employees, and purchase goods and services going forward....
